We at Vortza HQ are runners ourselves, obviously. Although we monitor research and implement the most useful features to support you and your running ambitions, we try to be cool about the rules that involve running because, first and foremost, we want you to enjoy yourselves.
Coming Home
Sometimes repetition is key; some runners like their routine, yet others would be horrified, thinking monotony is similar to boredom.
Do you know that sensation when entering your front door and walking into your house after a long trip or when you have been on holiday? When you come home, you are calm immediately or even feel relieved. That is your nervous system telling you that you are safe.
For some people, running feels like coming home. They appreciate being grounded, feeling connected with their surroundings, or finding a sense of oneself. For others, running might be about the thrill of it, feeling exhilarated, or pushing themselves.
And, of course, there will be lots of you whose experience means something in between, or something else entirely. It also might be both, your workouts being different from time to time, depending on your mood.

So try to find out whatever works best for you at any given time.
